The undersigned, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" makes application to Florissant Old Town Partners, hereinafter referred to as "Sponsoring Organization" for space at the Florissant Old Town Partners Flea Market at the Knights of Columbus Pavilion, July 24, 2010 from 8:30am-1:00 pm.

1. The Applicant agrees to begin set up at least two hours before sale time and supply his or her own tables and chairs.
   
   
2. The Applicant agrees to have someone at the display space during hours of sale.
   
   
3. The Applicant agrees to offer for sale, flea market items only - craft type items or weapons will not be allowed.
   
   
4. The Applicant agrees to assume responsibility for the collection of any sales tax due.
   
   
5. The Applicant agrees to clean their display space at the close of the show and remove all trash.
   
   
6. The applicant agrees to hold harmless the Sponsoring Organization and the City of Florissant for any loss or damage to person or property of the Applicant.

Rental Fee is non-refundable. The Sponsoring Organization reserves the right to have items removed from your space that are not deemed to be acceptable.
