By submitting this application, I agree to the following rules:

  1. The Applicant agrees to set up between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m..
  2. The Applicant agrees to provide their own display unit, tables and chair. Tables are to be draped. Limit of three tables.
  3. The Applicant agrees to have someone at the display space during hours of sale.
  4. The Applicant agrees to offer for sale, food items only.
  5. The Applicant agrees to assume responsibility for the collection of any sales tax due.
  6. If Liquor is to be sold, Applicant agrees to obtain the necessary licenses.
  7. The Applicant agrees to assume responsibility for the collection of any sales tax due.
  8. The Applicant agrees to clean their display space at the close of the show and remove all trash.
  9. The applicant agrees to hold harmless the Sponsoring Organization and the City of Florissant for any loss or damage to person or property of the Applicant.

Rental fee is non-refundable. The Sponsoring Organization reserves the right to have items removed from your space that are not deemed to be acceptable.
