By submitting this application, I agree to the following rules:

  1. Applicant agrees to begin set up between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
  2. The Applicant agrees to provide their own display unit, tables and chair. Tables areto be draped. Limit of three tables per space rented.
  3. The Applicant agrees to have someone at the display space during hours of sale.
  4. The Applicant agrees to offer for sale, flea market items only - no weapons will be allowed.
  5. The Applicant agrees to assume responsibility for the collection of any sales tax due.
  6. The Applicant agrees to clean their display space at the close of the show and remove all trash.
  7. The applicant agrees to hold harmless the Sponsoring Organization and the City of Florissant for any loss or damage to person or property of the Applicant.

Rental fee is non-refundable. The Sponsoring Organization reserves the right to have items removed from your space that are not deemed to be acceptable.
